With responsibility for the production of our catalogs and on-line sites, positions include design, photography, art direction, e-mail design, copy writing and print production. The creative teams work closely together to maintain and manage brand identity for each catalog and website.
Customer Care is how we support our direct mail and on-line brands by managing customer orders and handling customer inquiries. In the web and catalog business, the “store” is always open – 24 hours a day year-round – and our customer care center provides the highest levels of service. Our Customer Care Center is located in Irving (Las Colinas), Texas. Career opportunities include Operations, Quality and Training and Finance and Administration.
The Human Resources team is responsible for managing employment at Neiman Marcus Direct through recruitment, education, retention, recognition and career development.
