At Neiman Marcus Direct, our employees are the “Cornerstone” of our business. We care about your growth and are committed to providing you with the necessary tools to be successful. You will attend a three-week-long training which includes time allotted for on-the-job practice, after which you will join "Cornerstone," our production mentoring program. For two additional weeks you will be guided by a group of high performers to ensure you have a successful transition after you have graduated from training.
